摘　　要：本文旨在系统地回顾加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)的发展历程,介绍ERAS的核心策略,并讨论ERAS在移植领域的发展情况,以期ERAS在器官移植围手术期管理中的应用能被临床医师更多关注并为临床诊疗提供参考。This systematical review focuse upon the development history of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)and summarized its core strategies and developments in the field of organ transplantation,Clinicians should pay more attention to applying ERAS for perioperative management of transplantation and guiding clinical diagnoses and treatments.
