摘　　要：比尔·阿希克洛夫特教授在访谈中结合自身的学术经历和澳大利亚语境的后殖民研究,厘清了后殖民和跨文化研究的一些概念术语以及后殖民研究与世界文学的关系,帮助读者扫清了理论认识和实践运用上的误区。阿希克洛夫特教授认为后殖民作家通过文化挪用和语言转换来表现自我,后殖民文学以全新的形式在世界文学体系流通,是典型的世界文学。后殖民文学颠覆了欧洲现代性叙事,改变了文学生产和流通的传统模式。从后殖民视角解读英语文学中的文化表征,可以有效地分析作为世界文学的跨文化书写存在的诸多问题。In this interview,Professor Bill Ashcroft clarifies some key terms in Australian postcolonial studies.Then he relates world literature with postcolonial studies and analyses problems in the interdisciplinary study of world literature.Professor Ashcroft holds that postcolonial writers express themselves through cultural appropriation and linguistic transformation.Postcolonial writings subverted European modernist narrative and transformed literary production and circulation into a new form,which is typical world literature.A postcolonial perspective to cultural representation is effective to analyze various problems in contemporary transcultural writings as world literature.
