循经取穴联合疮面艾灸在脑卒中患者3期压力性损伤中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察循经取穴联合疮面艾灸治疗脑卒中患者3期压力性损伤的效果。方法选取济南市中医医院针灸科收治的脑卒中3期压力性损伤患者66例,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=33)。对照组给予常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用循经取穴联合疮面艾灸。比较两组血清中创面修复相关的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平、疮面直径、压力性损伤愈合计分量表(PUSH)评分、长海痛尺评分。结果干预7 d后,观察组患者血清中VEGF水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预2周、干预4周后,观察组疮面平均直径小于对照组,观察组PUSH评分、长海痛尺评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循经取穴联合疮面艾灸更利于提高VEGF水平,促进创面的修复。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint selection combined with wound moxibustion on the treatment of stage 3 stress injury in stroke patients.Methods A total of 66 patients with stage 3 stroke stress injury admitted to the acupuncture and moxibustion Department of Jinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=33).The conventional intervention was given to the control group,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group was given acupuncture points combined with wound moxibustion.The serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)related to wound repair,diameter of wound,the pressure ulcer scale for healing(PUSH)score and Changhai pain rating scale score were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of intervention,the changes of VEGF levels in serum in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention,the mean diameter of wound surface was smaller than that in the control group,and the PUSH score and Changhai pain rating scale score were lower than those in the control group,with differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint selection along meridians combined with moxibustion on wound surface is more beneficial to increasing the level of VEGF,and reducing the diameter of the wound surface,the exudation and the pain feeling at the wound surface.
