摘　　要：亚急性甲状腺炎归属于中医的“外感热病”“瘿病”“瘿痛”等范畴。传统观点认为本病多因肝郁胃热,外感风温、风热,积热上壅,挟湿痰蕴结,以致气血凝滞而成。对于本病的中医治疗,临床治疗也不尽相同。但究其病机,本病是风热毒邪侵袭,肝经郁热,痰血瘀阻于颈前而发病。然其病理变化复杂,累及脏腑多,病变脏腑涉及肝、肺、胃、心、脾、肾等各个脏腑,人体内环境和甲状腺相互影响,互为因果,即“靥本相应”。本文从病机、临床表现、治则方药出发,探讨“靥本相应”理论治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的学术思想。Subacute thyroiditis belongs to the categories of"exogenous fever","gall","gall pain",etc.of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to the traditional view,this disease is mainly caused by stagnation of liver qi and stomach heat,exogenous wind-warm and wind-heat,accumulated heat congesting and phlegm-dampness amassment,thus resulting in stagnation of qi and blood.With respect to the TCM treatment of this disease,the clinical treatment varies.However,the pathogenesis of this disease is wind heat and toxin invasion,heat stagnation in liver meridian,and phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the front of the neck.However,its pathological changes are complex,involving many viscera,including liver,lung,stomach,heart,spleen,kidney and other viscera.The internal environment of the human body and thyroid interact with each other as both cause and effect.That is the said"dimple corresponding"theory.This paper will discuss the academic thought of the"dimple corresponding"theory in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis from the perspectives of pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and thera peutic principles,formulas and medicines.
