摘　　要：目的探讨基于核医学护士的规范辐射防护体系的研究与应用。方法选取桂林医学院附属医院核医学科2020年1月至2021年12月在辐射环境中工作的40名护士为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各20名。对照组护士给予基础性防护辐射方法,研究组护士给予综合性放射性防护方法,比较护士辐射知识掌握度、心理健康和直觉压力状况、护士年龄和工龄肝功能指标水平、不良反应发生率。结果研究组护士辐射认知度和防护行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中文健康量表(CHQ-12)、直觉压力量表(CPSS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士年龄和工龄肾功能检查血清肌酐清除率(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核医学护士的规范辐射防护体系应用于放射检查和护理管理过程优于常规临床护理,能降低对身体辐射,且安全性良好,具有临床应用价值。Objective To discuss the study and application of a standardized radiation protection system based on nurses in the nuclear medicine department.Methods A total of 40 nurses working in a radiation environment in the Department of Nuclear Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(n=20)and a study group(n=20)according to the random number table method.Nurses in the control group adopted basic radiation protection methods,while nurses in the study group adopted comprehensive radiation protection methods.The two groups of nurses were compared for the mastery of radiation knowledge,mental health and perceived s tress status,liver function index levels at different ages and working years,and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The mastery level of radiation knowledge and the protection behavior scores of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of the Chinese health questionnaire(CHQ-12)and the Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of liver function indexes such as serum creatinine clearance(Cr),urea nitrogen(BUN),and alanine transaminase(ALT)of patients at different ages and working years in the study group were all better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized radiation protection system for nurses in the nuclear medicine department exerts greater value in radiological examination and nursing management process than in conventional clinical nursing.It can reduce radiation to the body with sound safety,and therefore is of cl inical application value.
