摘　　要：咖啡酰奎宁酸是一类常见的由奎宁酸与数目不等的咖啡酸通过酯键连接而成的酚酸类化合物,广泛存在于金银花、苍耳、雪莲细胞培养物等大多药用植物及其培养物中,其具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、神经保护、调节血糖血脂等药理活性。文章对咖啡酰奎宁酸类化合物在药用植物中的分布情况、常用检测方法、药理活性研究等多个方面进行整理,为咖啡酰奎宁酸类化合物的发展方向提供理论依据及思路,为传统中药的应用及新药的开发提供参考。Caffeoylquinic acid is a common class of phenolic acid compounds,widely present in most medicinal plants such as Lonicera japonica,Xanthium sibiricum and tissue culture of Saussurea involucrata.Caffeoylquinic acid is used in pharmacological activities such as antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antitumor,neuroprotection,and regulation of blood sugar and blood lipids.This article sorts out the distribution of caffeoylquinic acid compounds in medicinal plants,common detection methods,pharmacological activity studies,etc.,and provides theoretical basis and ideas for the development direction of caffeoylquinic acid compounds.Provide reference for the application of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of new medicines.
