基于数据挖掘的含藏木香藏药组方配伍规律

摘　　要：目的:探讨含藏木香组方的配伍规律及用药规律。方法:利用Microsoft Excel 2019软件对含有藏木香的方剂构建数据库,再利用Cran R软件,统计与分析含藏木香方剂中的药物频次,核心药物组合及所治疾病的分布。结果:通过软件分析得出,含有藏木香的方剂中,药物频次高的有藏木香(164次)、诃子(103次)、川木香(86次)、余甘子(74次)、藏红花(62次)、干姜(59次)、鸭嘴花(56次)等。核心药物组合为,藏木香-诃子(103次)、藏木香-川木香(86次)、藏木香-余甘子(74次)、藏木香-藏红花(62次)、藏木香-余甘子-诃子(59次)等配伍,药味甘、苦偏盛,具有凉、重、钝等药性。甘、苦均属凉性。因此主治疾病的分布也大多为热性病,“木布”(35次)、紊乱热病(18次)、肺热(16次)等。结论:含藏木香的方剂常与川木香、余甘子、藏红花等凉性药材联用,在方剂中也可见温性药材,符合了藏医治疗注重“三胃火”的平衡,也体现了“凉中有温,温中含凉”的学术思想。Objective To explore the compatibility rule and medication rule of the formula containing radix inulae racemosae.Methods Microsoft Excel 2019 software was used to build a database for prescriptions containing radix inulae racemosae,and then Cran R software was used to analyze the drug frequency,core drug combinations and the distribution of the diseases treated.Results According to the software analysis,the prescriptions with high drug frequency were radix inulae racemosae(164 times),myrobalan(103 times),common vladimiria root(86 times),emblic leafflower fruit(74 times),Saffron(62 times),dried ginger(59 times),duckbill flower(56 times),etc.The core drug combinations were:radix inulae racemosae-myrobalan(103 times),radix inulae racemosae-common vladimiria root(86 times),radix inulae racemosae-emblic leafflower fruit(74 times),radix inulae racemosae-Saffron(62 times),radix inulae racemosae-dried ginger(59 times),etc.Therefore,the distribution of attending diseases were mostly febrile diseases,such as“mubu”(35 cases),Disorder with fever(18 cases),lung fever(16 cases)and so on.Conclusion The formula containing radix inulae racemosae is often used together with the cool herbs such as common vladimiria root,emblic leafflower fruit,saffron,etc.,and the warm herbs can also be seen in the formula,which is in line with the balance of“san wei huo”in Zang medicine treatment,and also reflects the academic thought of“there is cool in warm,and there is warm in cool”.
