摘　　要：目的探究母乳喂养对婴儿早期生长发育的影响。方法临床资料为80例婴儿,均来自于潍坊市坊子区人民医院,入院时间为2020年6月至2020年12月,实施差异化的喂养方式,人工喂养组40例和母乳喂养组40例。统计婴儿在不同时间段的生长数据,计算6个月阶段的婴儿智力发育指数和运动发育数据。结果婴儿体质量净增值、身长净增值、头围净增值在两组中存在显著差异(P<0.05),婴儿智力发育和运动发育角度,母乳喂养组高于人工喂养组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母乳喂养能够促进婴儿的身体发育,确保婴儿的健康成长。Objective To explore the effect of breast feeding on early growth and development of infants.Methods Clinical data of 80 infants were collected from Fangzi District People's Hospital of Weifang City.The time of admission was from June 2020 to December 2020.The differentiated feeding mode was implemented.There were 40 cases in artificial feeding group and 40 cases in breast feeding group.The growth data of infants in different periods were counted,and the intelligence development index and motor development data of infants in 6 months were calculated.Results There were significant differences in the net increment of weight,length and head circumference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast feeding promotes the physical development of infants and ensures the healthy growth of infants.
