人文关怀护理对糖尿病患者生命质量及自我效能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析人文关怀护理对糖尿病患者生命质量及自我效能的影响。方法我院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的88例糖尿病患者为本次研究对象,按照是否开展人文关怀将患者分为对照组(44例,未开展人文关怀护理而行常规护理)与试验组(44例,开展人文关怀护理),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果试验组患者护理干预6个月后总有效率(97.73%)以及并发症发生率(4.54%)均优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.475、5.459,P<0.05)。试验组患者护理干预6个月36项简易生活质量量表(SF-36)得分为(72.71±2.34)分、自我效能(GSES)量表得分为(33.75±2.38)分均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(t=12.627、12.051,均P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者应用人文关怀护理可有效提升患者自我效能以及生活质量,降低糖尿病并发症发生率。Objective To observe the effect of humanistic care on the quality of life and self-efficacy of diabetic patients.Methods Eighty-eight cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to whether to carry out humanistic care,the patients were divided into control group(44 cases,routine nursing without humanistic care)and experimental group(44 cases,humanistic care).Results After 6 months of nursing intervention,the total effective rate(97.73%)and complication rate(4.54%)of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.475,5.459,all P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 and GSES in the experimental group were(72.71±2.34)and(33.75±2.38)respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.627,12.051,P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care for diabetic patients can effectively improve their self-efficacy and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of diabetic complications.
