摘　　要：自2019年12月新型冠状病毒感染暴发以来,疫情迅速蔓延至世界各地,呈全球大流行态势,严重威胁人类生命健康,成为全球性的重大公共卫生事件。在早期无特效药物和疫苗的情况下,除了给予对症、支持治疗外,群体免疫和中医药治未病成为可供选择的防疫策略。通过厘清群体免疫的概念及分类,回顾3年来人工群体免疫及中医药治未病在疫情防控中的应用情况,指出当前疫苗时代实现人工群体免疫所面临的挑战及对策,总结中医药治未病抗疫经验成果,分析比较二者的异同点,最终认为中医药治未病全方位指导疫病的预防、治疗及康复工作,可以有效弥补人工群体免疫的不足。从人工群体免疫与中医药治未病两方面共同发力,能够助力突发传染病应急防控体系建设,为后续抗疫工作及应对未来可能出现的新疫情提供有益借鉴和储备。Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in December 2019,the epidemic has rapidly spread around the world,presenting a global pandemic situation,seriously threatening human life and health and becoming a major global public health event.In the absence of specific drugs and vaccines in the early stage,in addition to providing symptomatic and supportive treatment,herd immunization and traditional Chinese medicine have become alternative epidemic prevention strategies.By clarifying the concept and classification of herd immunization,this paperreviewed the application of artificial herd immunization and traditional Chinese medicine in epidemic prevention and control for three years,pointed out the challenges and countermeasures to achieve the artificial herd immunizationin the current vaccine era,summarized the experience and achievements of preventive treatment of the disease with traditional Chinese medicine,and analyzed and compared the similarities and differences between the two aspects.It is concluded that the preventive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can guide the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of epidemic diseases,and can effectively make up for the deficiency of artificial herd immunization.Joint efforts from the two aspects can help the construction of the emergency prevention and control system for emerging infectious diseases,and provide useful reference and reserve for the follow-up anti-epidemic work and response to possible new epidemics in the future.
