探讨“五脏苦欲补泻”理论对治疗冠心病组方遣药的指导

摘　　要：“五脏苦欲补泻”理论起源于《内经》,是在基于法象思维的藏象理论基础上,根据五脏功能失调的病理状态,通过药物的五味属性,结合其自身生理特性,顺应其生理特性为补,逆其生理特性为泻,以指导临床遣方用药来调整五脏功能,使五脏顺应四时之气。中医学认为人是一个有机的整体,五脏中任何一脏功能失调都可以导致冠心病,临证之时,应从肝、心、脾、肺、肾入手,以“五脏苦欲补泻”为用药的指导原则对其进行辨证论治。The theory of“tonifying and purging methods for different conditions of five Zang organs”is originated from Neijing.It is based on the theory of visceral state based on the thinking of legal manifestation.According to the pathological state of dysfunction of the five Zang organs,through the five flavor attributes of drugs,combined with their own physiological characteristics,following its physiological characteristics is to use the tonifying method and reversing its physiological characteristics is to use the purging method,so as to guide the clinical prescription and medication to adjust the functions of the five Zang organs and make the five Zang organs conform to the Qi of the four seasons.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that human beings are an organic whole.Any dysfunction of the five Zang organs can lead to coronary heart disease.In clinical practice,we should start with liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidney,and treat it according to syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the guiding principle of“tonifying and purging methods for different conditions of five Zang organs”.
