摘　　要：紫苏作为一种药食同源的天然药物,其主要有效成分有多糖、脂肪酸类、酚酸类、挥发油类及色素等,现代研究表明,紫苏具有镇静、抗炎、抗氧化、抗抑郁、降血压、调节糖脂代谢等多种药理活性。通过查阅近年来国内外紫苏的研究报道,对紫苏降糖降脂有效成分的提取、分离纯化、作用机制进行了综述,以期为紫苏降糖降脂作用的深入研究提供参考。Zisu(Perilla)is a natural medicine with homology of medicine and food,and its main effective ingredients are polysaccharide,fatty acids,phenolic acids,volatile oils and pigment,etc.Modern studies have shown that Zisu(Perilla)has sedative,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-depression,hypotensive,regulating glucose and lipid metabolism and other pharmacological activities.This article reviewed the research reports of Zisu(Perilla)in recent years at home and abroad,and summarized the extraction,separation and purification,and mechanism of the effective ingredients of Zisu(Perilla)in hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic activities,in order to provide a reference for in-depth research on the hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects of Zisu(Perilla).
