摘　　要：缺血伴非阻塞性冠状动脉疾病(INOCA)发生率逐年升高,同时与不良心血管事件发生密切相关,二级预防药物治疗中他汀类药物被推荐使用。本文就他汀治疗对INOCA的作用研究的进展作一综述。Incidence rate of ischemia with non-obstructive coronary artery disease(INOCA)increases year by year,and is closely associated with adverse cardiovascular events.Statins are recommended for secondary prevention.The present article makes a review on research progress on role of statin therapy in INOCA.
