摘　　要：Lorenz散点图又称Lorenz-RR散点图,是采用非线性分析法,将海量心电数据分析并绘制在一可视的二维坐标系中,可直观地分析心率的变化范围、心律失常的有无以及心律失常情况,同时通过散点图的形态来判断心率变异性,挖掘出传统心电图不易分析的病理及生理信息,在心电领域有着不可替代的作用。Lorenz scattergram,also known as Lorenz-RR scattergram,is a non-linear analysis method to analyze and plot massive ECG data in a visual two-dimensional coordinate system,which can intuitively analyze the range of heart rate,presence of arrhythmia and its condition.At the same time,the heart rate variability can be judged by shape of scattergram.It can discover pathological and physiological information that is not easy to be analyzed by traditional ECG.It possesses an irreplaceable role in electrocardiography field.
