摘 要:肠道菌群是人体代谢的重要参与者。肠道菌群失调与高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)互为因果,肠道菌群结构的紊乱、肠道物质环境的改变以及肠道代谢物的变化皆可导致HUA的发生。中医“脾”之功能健运是肠道稳态的重要条件,而脾失运化则是HUA病机的核心。通过论述肠道菌群、脾与HUA三者之间的关联,探讨HUA的病机特点及科学内涵。The intestinal microbiota plays a significant role in human metabolism.The imbalance of intestinal microbiota are causally related to hyperuricemia(HUA),with disruptions in the structure of the intestinal microbiota,changes in the intestinal environment,and changes in intestinal metabolites all contributing to hyperuricemia.The healthy function of the spleen in Chinese medicine is crucial for intestinal homeostasis.However,dysfunction of the spleen in transportation and transformation is the core pathogenesis of HUA.This paper explores the pathogenesis characteristics and scientific connotations of HUA by discussing the relationship between intestinal microbiota,spleen and HUA.
