摘 要:以扬椒2号为材料,采用苗期试验,在不同育苗基质(兴兴向农基质S1、蚯蚓土基质S2及泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石比为3∶1∶1的配方基质S3)下研究300亿cfu·mL^(-1)枯草芽孢杆菌种衣剂对幼苗壮苗指数、养分吸收以及基质养分供应的影响,探究300亿cfu·mL^(-1)枯草芽孢杆菌种衣剂对辣椒的壮苗机制。结果表明:与不包衣处理(CK)相比,种衣剂包衣处理可提高辣椒幼苗的壮苗指数,且对蚯蚓土基质的提高幅度大于其他基质。种衣剂包衣处理可提高辣椒幼苗养分(氮、磷、钾)积累量,有利于壮苗的形成。通径分析表明,与磷、钾积累量相比,幼苗氮积累量对辣椒壮苗形成起着最重要的作用。同时,种衣剂包衣处理可提高辣椒幼苗根长、根表面积、根体积和根活力,增强根系对养分的吸收能力。种衣剂包衣处理还可提高基质内微生物量碳和微生物量氮,促进基质内养分释放,从而增加基质内速效氮、磷、钾含量,有利于根系对养分的吸收。综上,300亿cfu·mL^(-1)枯草芽孢杆菌种衣剂通过增强根系养分吸收能力和改善基质养分供应来提高幼苗养分(主要是氮素)积累,最终有利于辣椒壮苗的形成,且育苗基质选用蚯蚓土基质效果最佳。To explore the mechanism of 300 billion cfu·mL^(-1)Bacillus subtilis seed coating agent on strong pepper seedling formation. Yangjiao 2 was used as material to investigate the effects of B.subtilis seed coating agent on seedling index, seedling nutrient uptake and substrate nutrient supply under different substrates(Xingxingxiangnong substrate, earthworm soil substrate and substrate with peat, perlite, vermiculite ratio was 3∶1∶1 formula). The results showed that compared with no seed coating agent treatment, seed coating agent treatment increased pepper seedling index under different substrates, and the increases were greater in earthworm soil substrate than in other substrates. Further studies showed that seed coating agent treatment increased pepper seedling nutrient(N, P, K) accumulation, which was conducive to the strong seedling formation. Path analysis showed that N accumulation played the most important role in pepper strong seedling formation compared with P and K accumulation. Moreover, seed coating agent treatment increased pepper seedling root length, root surface area, root volume and root activity, resulting in enhanced root nutrient uptake capacity.In addition,seed coating agent treatment increased substrate microbial biomass C and microbial biomass N to promote nutrient release,resulted in increased substrate N,P,K content,which was conducive to root nutrient uptake.In conclusion,300 billion cfu·mL^(-1)B.subtilis seed coating agent enhanced root nutrient uptake capacity and improved substrate nutrient supply to increase seedling nutrient accumulation(mainly N accumulation),which was ultimately conducive to the formation of strong pepper seedling,and earthworm soil substrate had the best effect.
