摘　　要：在预取向丝(POY)切片纺装置上采用熔融纺丝工艺路线,通过在线添加一定比例的特黑母粒,成功研制430 dtex/288f特黑高孔数涤纶POY。利用TMT设备的优势,通过对干燥、过滤材质、油嘴、冷却以及卷绕角等一系列工艺参数的探讨,确定了430 dtex/288f特黑高孔数涤纶POY的生产工艺。采用该生产工艺制得的产品品质可控,外观和性能指标均满足客户要求。The 430 dtex/288 f extra black and multiporous pre-oriented polyester yarn(POY)was successfully prepared by using melt spinning process in a POY slicing machine and adding a certain proportion of extra black masterbatch online.Based on the advantages of TMT equipment,the production process of430 dtex/288 f extra black and multiporous polyester POY was determined through a series of technological discussion on drying,filter material,nozzle,cooling and winding angle,etc.The quality of the products produced by this production process is controllable,and the appearance and performance indicators meet the requirements of customers.
