摘 要:我国的家具制造业不断向数字化和智能化的方向发展,为改善传统家具企业“二维图纸,三维模型”的生产现状,规范生产工艺并提升生产效率,同时将传统技术和工艺参数化,从而实现传统家具数字化保护与制造。本研究以圈椅为样本,将MBD(model based definition)技术应用于传统家具行业。首先,经过获取模型数据、处理数据和模型重建等步骤,得到了圈椅的装配几何模型;其次,基于UG NX软件平台,参照圈椅的组织构成,将圈椅各结构部件的设计和工艺信息集成标注,构建了数字化MBD模型;最后,经过验证基于此MBD模型能够编写数控代码,从而用于数控机床加工,论证了该模型技术有着对接数控机床的实用性。在家具制造产业数字化的大背景下,运用NX参数化软件将MBD技术应用于传统家具领域,旨在推进传统家具的数字化保护与制造进程。构建连接设计与制造以及能够对接数控加工的圈椅数字化MBD模型,对于中国传统文化和传统家具工艺的保护和传承都具有深远意义。China is one of the furniture manufacturing continues in designing and developing new style of furniture aiming at the direction of digitalization and intelligence. This research aims at improving the production status of “2D drawing, 3D model”, and standardizing the production process and enhancing the production efficiency. Simultaneously, the traditional technology and process are parameterized, so as to achieve the digital protection and manufacturing of traditional furniture. The round-backed armchair is selected as samples to apply model based definition(MBD) technology to the traditional furniture industry. Firstly, the assembly geometry model of the round-backed armchair is obtained through the steps of acquiring model data, processing data and model reconstruction. Secondly, based on the UG NX software platform, and with reference to the organization of the chair, the design and process information of each structural part of the chair is labeled and a digital MBD model is constructed. Finally, the MBD model is verified to be able to write CNC code for CNC machine tool processing, which demonstrates the practicality of the model technology to connect with CNC machine tools. The MBD model of the round-backed armchair connects the design and manufacturing of furniture products, and the ability to interface with CNC machine tools, which makes the manufacturing easy for technicians to extract part processing information and design machining processes. Moreover, the model can be built to suppress redundant documents and drawings, thus better achieving consistency of product data, and greatly improving the quality and efficiency of furniture production.
