摘 要:竞争情报(CI)需求的识别和分析是开展CI服务工作的基本前提。近年来,随着各行业对竞争情报的需求日益迫切,相关研究成果也在不断积累,适时进行回顾与总结,对于明确未来CI需求、研究方向和目标,探索未知领域,解决实际问题都具有极其重要的意义。回顾我国近25年来CI需求的相关研究,并基于企业、高校、政府、国家4个主体构建CI需求内容框架,归纳CI需求特点,进而展望未来研究目标。四大主体为支持决策工作、战略发展、人才培养、系统建设和联盟合作等,对CI提出的需求,其程度和具体内容虽不尽相同,但在政策法规、竞争情报人才、竞争对手及环境信息、技术情报、市场信息和自身发展等方面也存在共性。Identification and analysis of Competitive Intelligence(CI)requirements is a basic prerequisite for conducting CI services.In recent years,with the increasingly urgent demand for competitive intelligence in various industries and fields,relevant research results are also accumulating.Timely review and summaiy is of great significance to clarify the research direction and objectives of future CI needs,explore unknown fields and solve practical problems.This paper reviews the relevant research on CI demand in China in the past 25 years,and constructs the CI demand content framework based on the four subjects,namely enterprises,universities,government and country,summarizes the characteristics of CI demand,and then looks forward to the future research topics.To support the decision-making work,strategic development,personnel training,system construction and alliance cooperation,the four main body of CI demand is of different specific contents,but in the policies and regulations,competitive intelligence talent,competitors,and environmental information,technical information,market information and their own development situation also exist common demands.
