摘　　要：通过系统收集、整理《备急千金要方》《千金翼方》中有关鼻诊法的内容,并对其进行归纳分析,从以鼻治鼻、以拒毒疫、体察病情、宣通神机4个方面逐一介绍孙思邈鼻诊法内容特色,结合《内经》、伤寒学、温病学等著作以及现代研究成果分别剖析其中蕴含的辨治思想和医学原理,同时也反映出孙思邈以效为真、雅俗并包、备急救民的成书思想和临床风格。This paper systematically collects and organizes the contents related to nasal diagnosis and therapy in Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang and Qian Jin Yi Fang,and summarizes and analyzes them,introducing the contents and features of Sun Simiao’s nasal therapy from four aspects:treating the nose with the nose,preventing virus epidemic,observing disease conditions,and publicizing the magic mechanism.Combining Neijing,typhoid science,Febrile epidemiology and other works as well as modern research results,the differentiation and treatment thoughts and medical principles contained in them are analyzed respectively,which also reflects Sun Simiao’s book writing thoughts and clinical style of taking effect as truth,combining elegance and custom,and preparing emergency rescue for people.
