摘  要:基于有限元软件,对夹层板结构在平面波垂直入射条件下的隔声效果进行数值仿真,讨论夹层板在不同的面板厚度、夹芯厚度、夹芯高度、夹芯与面板夹角等结构参数下,固有频率和隔声的变化,结果表明在0~800 Hz范围内增加上下面板厚度和夹芯厚度对减振和隔声性能的提升有较好效果;夹芯高度和面板夹角在给定频率范围内较小时有利于振动和隔声效果。通过两端固支梁模型以及隔声量的理论与仿真对比,验证了本文数值方法的有效性。Based on the finite element software,the sound insulation effect of sandwich panel structure under the condition of plane wave vertical incidence is numerically simulated,and the effects of sandwich panel structural parameters such as different panel thickness,sandwich thickness,sandwich height and the angle between sandwich and panel on natural frequency and sound insulation are discussed.The results show that increasing the thickness of upper and lower panels and sandwich in the range of 0~800 Hz has a good effect on the improvement of vibration damping and sound insulation performance.When the sandwich height and the included angle of the panel are small in the given frequency range,it is conducive to vibration and sound insulation effect.The effectiveness of the numerical method in this paper is verified by comparing the theory and Simulation of fixed beam model at both ends and sound insulation.
