摘 要:为解决泵喷推进器梢部流动引起的梢隙空化和梢涡空化问题,设计一种转子梢部带圆环并嵌入导管内壁凹槽的改进型泵喷推进器。基于RANS方法,结合SST k-ω湍流模型,采用分块网格技术,对泵喷推进器模型进行数值模拟,通过数值模拟结果分析梢部带圆环并嵌入导管内壁凹槽结构对梢涡的控制效果以及泵喷推进敞水性能的影响。结果显示,梢部带圆环并嵌入导管内壁凹槽结构能明显抑制梢涡产生,升高转子梢部流场压力,推迟梢涡空化的发生,但敞水性能有所降低,推进效率降低最大有5.12%。In order to solve the problems of tip gap cavitation and tip vortex cavitation caused by tip flow of pump jet propeller,an improved pump jet propeller with ring at the tip of rotor and embedded in the groove of inner wall of conduit is designed.Based on RANS method and SST k-ωTurbulence model adopts the block grid technology to simulate the pump jet propeller model.Through the numerical simulation results,the control effect of the structure with a ring at the tip and embedded in the groove on the inner wall of the duct on the tip vortex and the open water performance of pump jet propulsion are analyzed.The results show that the structure with a ring at the tip and embedded in the groove on the inner wall of the duct can significantly inhibit the generation of tip vortex,increase the flow field pressure at the rotor tip and delay the occurrence of tip vortex cavitation,but the open water performance is reduced and the propulsion efficiency is reduced by 5.12%.
