摘 要:中间轴承是船舶推进系统重要部件,其润滑特性直接影响轴系工作状态。表面织构技术通过改变摩擦表面微结构,有利于润滑油膜形成,提高润滑油膜承载能力,改善轴承润滑性能,降低摩擦损失。本文建立考虑表面微织构的某船用滑动式中间轴承流体润滑数值模型,分析织构深度、特征长度、布置位置及面积率对中间轴承润滑性能的影响。研究表明,微织构结构参数对中间轴承润滑性能影响较大。本文研究结果对进一步提高滑动式中间轴承润滑性能,减少摩擦损失具有重要参考意义。Sliding intermediate bearings is the important part of marine propulsion system and its lubricating performance will directly affect the working performances of propulsion shafting.The surface texture facilitates the formation of the lubricating oil film by changing the friction surface structure,which can improve the bearing capacity of oil film,improve friction performance and reduce the friction loss of bearing.A numerical model of lubrication of a marine sliding bearing considering texture was established and the effects of texture depth,characteristic length,arrangement position and area ratio on the lubrication performance of sliding bearings were analyzed.The results show that the geometrical parameters of the texture have a great influence on the lubrication performances of sliding bearing.Therefore,the research on the influences of surface texture on the lubrication performances of sliding bearing has important theoretical significance for further improving the lubrication performances and reducing friction loss of sliding intermediate bearing.
