城市公园绿地绿色绅士化研究——以北京市朝阳区为例

摘　　要：随着城市更新与绅士化对快速提升城市环境品质的影响加强,城市公园与绿色绅士化现象引发了人们的关注。文章以北京市朝阳区为例,选取2011—2018年朝阳区城市公园绿地与社会经济统计数据,分析绿色绅士化的现象特征和水平测度,并对绿色绅士化现象进行验证并探讨其影响因素。研究结果表明,朝阳区绿色绅士化的现象存在空间分布不均衡、社会经济特征相关性强、社区需求不匹配等特征。在2011—2018年之间,朝阳区城市公园绿地指标与区域社会经济指标的变化具有一定相关性。望京、亚运村、安贞、和平街等街道绿地绅士化水平较高。居民关注且绿色绅士化现象影响度高的公园无形价值因素包括公园风景、文娱活动、公园可达性、视线盲区、噪声、犯罪率、安保管理等。艺术构筑物、轮滑活动、公园可达性、社会凝聚力等因素影响性与绿色绅士化现象具有相关性。研究结果有助于为城市公园绿地的建设改造和公平使用提供决策依据。With the swift advancement of urban regeneration and gentrifi cation,the phenomenon of green gentrifi cation in urban parks has gained much attention.Using Chaoyang district in Beijing as a case study,this paper analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of green gentrifi cation by examining urban park and socioeconomic data from 2011 to 2018.The results indicate that green gentrifi cation in Chaoyang district exhibits unequal spatial distribution,a strong correlation with socioeconomic characteristics,and misaligned community needs.From 2011 to 2018,the green gentrifi cation indicators in Chaoyang district’s urban parks are closely tied to regional socioeconomic indicators.Wangjing,Asian Games village,Anzhen,Heping street and other areas exhibit a high level of green gentrifi cation.Residents’perceptions of intangible park values,such as park scenery,recreational activities,accessibility,safety,noise levels,crime rates,and security management,signifi cantly impact green gentrifi cation.Other factors,including art structures,roller skating activities,park accessibility,and social cohesion,also play a role in the eff ects of green gentrifi cation.The fi ndings of this study provide valuable insights for making informed decisions regarding the construction,renovation,and equitable use of urban park green spaces.
