摘  要:为研究紫苏遗传多样性,后续选育紫苏新品种,本研究运用SRAP分子标记方法,通过使用21对SRAP引物对100份紫苏种质资源进行SRAP分子标记遗传多样性分析。结果显示100份紫苏样品,紫苏种质遗传多样性单群体观察等位基因(Na)为1.9766,有效等位基因数(Ne)为1.6859,Nei’s遗传多样性指数(H)为0.3883,Shannon信息指数(I)为0.5676,表明紫苏种质遗传多样性较为丰富。紫苏种质遗传多样性多群体观察等位基因(Na)为2.500,有效等位基因数(Ne)为1.980,Nei’s遗传多样性指数(H)为0.495,Shannon信息指数(I)为0.711。组间显著性为0.03,差异性较大,说明各群体之间遗传差异性大;组内差异不显著,说明组内群体遗传纯合度高。试验结果为紫苏种质资源的精准评价、核心种质的构建和紫苏品种的选育提供数据支撑。In order to study the genetic diversity of Perilla frutescens and select new varieties of P.frutescens,21 pairs of SRAP primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 100 P.frutescens germplasm resources in this study.The results showed that among 100 samples of P.frutescens,the single population observed allele(Na)was 1.9766,the ef fective number of alleles(Ne)was 1.6859,the Nei's genetic diversity index(H)was 0.3883,and the Shannon information index(I)was 0.5676,which indicated that the genetic diversity of P.frutescens was relatively rich.The multi population observed allele(Na)was 2.500,the effective number of alleles(Ne)was 1.980,Nei's genetic diversity in dex(H)was 0.495,and Shannon information index(I)was 0.711.The significant difference between groups was 0.03,which indicated that there was great genetic difference among groups,but no significant difference within groups,which indicated that the genetic homozygosity of groups was high.The results provide data support for accurate evaluation of Perilla germplasm resources,construction of core germplasm and breeding of Perilla varieties.
