摘 要:为了解山西境内鼠李科野生植物种质资源,并为筛选适合做优质茶饮的树种资源提供参考,本研究对柳叶鼠李(Rhamnus erythroxylon)、皱叶鼠李(Rhamnus rugulosa)、卵叶鼠李(Rhamnus bungeana)、锐齿鼠李(Rhamnus arguta)、小叶鼠李(Rhamnus parvifolia)、少脉雀梅藤(Sageretia paucicostata)、黑桦树(Rhamnus maximovicziana)、勾儿茶(Berchemia sinica)、枣树(Ziziphus jujuba)等10种鼠李科植物的三类化学成分进行测定,根据主成分分析以及聚类分析方法,对其茶饮的品质进行了初步的分析。结果表明:柳叶鼠李在茶多酚及咖啡碱含量具有一定优势,其含量都高于其他9种鼠李科植物;枣树的茶多酚、咖啡碱含量在所测样品中最低。运用主成分分析法,得到了鼠李科植物优良品质的综合得分值,排在前4位的是柳叶鼠李、黑桦树、勾儿茶和枣树,为山西省的药茶饮品推广和开发利用提供理论基础。In order to understand the germplasm resources of Rhamnaceae wild plants in Shanxi Province and provide reference for screening the tree species resources suitable for high-quality tea.In this study,the chemical constituents of 10 species in Rhamnaceae,including Rhamnus erythroxylon,Rhamnus rugulosa,Rhamnus bungeana,Rhamnus arguta,Rhamnus parvifolia,Sageretia paucicostata,Rhamnus maximovicziana,Berchemia sinica and Ziziphus jujuba,were determined,and their quality was evaluated,according to principal component analysis and cluster analysis,the quality of tea was analyzed.The results showed that the content of tea polyphenols and caffeine in R.erythroxylon was higher than that in other 9 Rhamnaceae species,and the content of tea polyphenols and caffeine in jujube was lowest.Principal component analysis was used to obtain the comprehensive score of the excellent quality of Rhamnaceae plants.The top four were R.erythroxylon,R.maximovicziana,Sageretia paucicostata and Ziziphus jujuba.This study laid the foundation for the promotion and development of medicinal tea drinks in ShanxiProvince.
