摘  要:通过研究不同施肥处理对云南大理植烟土壤群落的影响,为生物有机肥的合理配施及改善土壤提供依据。采用Illumina Miseq高通量测序技术,对不同有机肥配施(祥云管盛有机肥,弥渡国发有机肥、福建三炬提供的固体微生物菌肥(耕多邦)以及福建三炬提供的液体微生物菌肥(耕多邦))下的大理烟区植烟土壤菌相分析。研究得出,植烟植株土壤中微生物多样性丰富,包括42个门、93个纲、307个目、386个科、804个属;其中子囊菌门、担子菌门、接合菌门、壶菌门、球菌门、罗氏菌门、乳杆菌门是土壤样品中物种丰度较高的7个门类。与常规对照组相比,施加微生物菌肥可明显增加植烟根际土壤微生物群落结构多样性,其中施加液体为生物菌肥土壤样本微生物多样性指数Chao指数最高,Simpson指数最小,表明施用液体微生物菌肥土壤样本微生物群落多样性最高。物种丰度Heatmap表明,与对照相比,施肥处理的土壤微生物组成明显增加,且随着移栽时间的增加施肥处理的群落丰富度也逐渐上升。不同施肥处理间的微生物结构聚类具体表现为施肥处理间的结构聚类较紧密,而对照较为分散,说明施加生物有机肥可以改变土壤微生物结构,且子囊菌门为连作土壤优势菌门。结果表明:施加生物有机肥会影响植烟土壤微生物群落结构多样性,其中施加液体微生物菌肥处理对土壤微生物群落结构的影响效果更为显著。The effects of different fertilization treatments on microbial diversity and community of tobacco planting soil in Dali of Yunnan Province were studied to provide basis for rational application of bio organic fertilizer and improvement of soil.In this study,Ilumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze different fertilization methods(Xiangyun)Guansheng organic fertilizer,Midu Guofa organic fertilizer,solid microbial fertilizer provided by Fujian Sanju(Gengduobang)and Fujian Sanju the soil microbial phase analysis of the continuous cropping tobacco planting soil under the liquid microbial fertilizer provided by Torch(Gengduobang).The results showed that the diversity of microbial in tobacco planting soil was rich,including 42 phyla,93 classes,307 orders,386 families and 804 genera;among them,Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,Zygomycota,Chytrdiomycota,Glomeromycota,Rozellomycota and Blastocladiomycota were the 7 categories with higher species abundance in soil samples.Compared with the conventional control group,microbial fertilizer could significantly increase the diversity of microbial community structure in tobacco rhizosphere soil.The highest microbial diversity index was Chao index and the lowest Simpson index was applied liquid microbial fertilizer,which indicated that the microbial community diversity of soil samples was the highest when liquid microbial fertilizer was applied.The species abundance heatmap showed that compared with the control,the soil microbial composition of the fertilization treatment increased significantly,and the community abundance of the fertilization treatment gradually increased with the increase of transplanting time.The results showed that the microbial structure of different fertilization treatments was closely clustered,while the control was more scattered,indicating that the application of bio organic fertilizer could change the structure of soil microbial,and ascomycetes were the dominant bacteria in continuous cropping soil.The application of bio-organic fer
