摘 要:炼焦煤粘结指数是表征其塑性性能的核心指标,是中国炼焦煤分类的指标之一,在炼焦煤研究和应用中具有重要意义。粘结指数的检测操作步骤繁多,规范性很强,影响其检测准确度的因素较多。文章系统梳理了粘结指数检测全过程的影响因素,主要体现在煤样存放时间、煤样制备粒度、标准无烟煤、试样的搅拌方法、坩埚质量、转鼓、压块以及焦化温度和时间等检测环节,并提出了针对影响因素的技术方案及相应措施,依此提高粘结指数测定的准确性。The coking coal bond index is the core index to characterize its plastic property,and It is one of the indexes of coking coal classification in China,and has important significance in the research and application of coking coal.There are many steps in testing the bond index and many factors that affect the accuracy of testing.In this paper,the factors affecting the whole process of bond index detection are systematically reviewed,it is mainly embodied in the detection links such as coal sample storage time,coal sample preparation particle size,standard anthracite,sample stirring method,crucible quality,drum,briquetting,coking temperature and time,etc.,the technical scheme and corresponding measures aiming at the influencing factors are put forward to improve the accuracy of the determination of Bond Index.
