声发射一致性测试中试块对信号传播稳定性影响的研究

摘  要:目的:利用幅度分析法对不同试块中信号模拟源的信号传播稳定性进行统计和分析。方法:基于声发射传感器校准原理,搭建了检测模拟源在试块中传播特性的实验平台,对三类不同形状和尺寸的试块进行了模拟源传播测试和实验分析。结果:在相同传播距离的条件下,圆形试块直径越大,模拟源信号的衰减率越高;相同尺寸方形试块相较圆形试块模拟源信号响应幅值的衰减率整体低1%左右。结论:方形试块中模拟源信号传播较同尺寸圆形钢板中信号传播要更稳定,因此方形试块更适合作为一致性测试试块。Aims:This paper aims to analyze the signal propagation characteristics of the signal analog source in different test blocks by using the amplitude analysis method.Methods:Based on the calibration principle of acoustic emission sensors,an experimental platform was built to detect the propagation characteristics of the analog source in the test block.Three types of test blocks with different shapes and sizes were tested and analyzed for the propagation of analog sources.Results:The results showed that under the same propagation distance,the larger the circular test block diameter was,the higher the attenuation rate of the analog source signal.The attenuation rate of the analog source signals of square blocks with the same size was 1%lower than that of circular blocks.Conclusions:The signal propagation of the analog source in the square test block is more stable than that in the circular steel plate of the same size;and it is more suitable as a test block for the consistency test.
