摘 要:目的:以铜磷钎料为研究对象,通过应变诱导熔体激活法(SIMA)制备半固态BCu93P铜磷钎料。方法:利用压片机和电阻炉进行预变形和等温处理,采用SEM表征半固态铜磷钎料的组织,利用显微硬度计分析SIMA法对铜磷钎料显微硬度的影响。结果:随着变形量的增大,显微硬度增大,而在等温处理阶段,加热温度740℃,保温时间从0~6 min逐渐增加,硬度逐渐下降。对变形量为55%和72%的样品进行等温处理,随着温度的升高,晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,且发生球化。结论:变形量越大则样品储备形变能大,在等温热处理过程中液相析出速度快,组织更容易发生球化。Aims:This paper aims to improve the brazing performance of Cu-P solder and semi-solid BCu93P solder prepared by the strain-induced melting activation method(SIMA).Methods:The pre-deformation and isothermal treatment were carried out by pressing machines and resistance furnaces.The microstructure of semi-solid Cu-P solder was analyzed by a microhardness tester.Results:The results showed that the microhardness increased with the increase of deformation,while in the isothermal treatment stage,the hardness gradually decreased with an increasing heating temperature to 740℃and a holding time from 0 min to 6 min.The samples with 55%and 72%deformation were treated with the isothermal method.The grain size gradually decreased and spheroidized with an increasing temperature.Conclusions:The larger the amount of deformation is,the larger the sample reserve deformation energy in the isothermal heat treatment process.The faster the liquid phase precipitation rate is,the more likely to spheroidization the tissue is.
