摘 要:装配式剪力墙拼缝界面的水平相对滑移对构件的力学性能有很大影响,以一片普通预制剪力墙为参照,开展新型配筋齿槽装配式剪力墙拼缝水平相对滑移研究.通过对两个装配式剪力墙试件进行低周反复加载试验,分析其裂缝分布情况、拼缝水平相对滑移曲线、荷载-位移曲线和钢筋应变等试验现象和数据,得到配筋齿槽装配式剪力墙拼缝水平相对滑移性能.最后通过分析配筋齿槽装配式剪力墙边缘约束构件区的纵向连接钢筋销键剪切应力与拼缝水平滑移以及竖向位移的关系,对边缘约束构件区的纵向连接钢筋销键剪切应力的影响因素和性能进行了总结.研究结果表明,配筋齿槽拼缝连接形式具有良好的抗剪切能力和抗滑移能力,配筋齿槽装配式剪力墙构件具备更良好的塑性变形能力和耗能能力;纵向连接钢筋销键剪切应力受水平滑移比和竖向位移比的影响,对装配式构件塑性发展、抗震性能以及内力传递造成不良影响.Horizontal relative slip of joints in precast shear wall influences the mechanical properties of components.Taking a cast-in-situ precast shear wall as a reference,the research on the horizontal relative slip of reinforced tenon precast shear wall was carried out.The horizontal relative slip performance of joints in reinforced tenon precast shear wall was obtained by applying low cyclic repeated loads to two precast shear wall specimens and analyzing the test phenomena such as cracks distribution,relative horizontal slip curves,load-displacement curves and steel strain.Finally,by analyzing the relationship between the dowel shear stress of longitudinally connected steel bars and the horizontal slip and vertical displacement of the joints,the influencing factors and characteristics of dowel shear stress were summarized.The research results show that the connection form of reinforced tenon has good shear resistance and sliding resistance,and the reinforced tenon precast shear wall has better plastic deformation ability and energy dissipation ability.The dowel shear stress of longitudinally connected steel bars is affected by horizontal slip ratio and vertical displacement ratio,which has adverse effects on the plastic development,seismic performance and internal force transfer of precast components.
