摘 要:针对高速铁路钢轨百米周期性不平顺问题,综合分析既有钢轨打磨技术的优缺点,兼顾打磨效果、天窗时间和经济性,提出以大机快速打磨和小机打磨为主、大机传统打磨为辅的综合整治策略;通过调整小机打磨和大机快速打磨的顺序,设计了两种打磨方案,并选取典型区段进行对比试验。结果表明:小机打磨+大机快速打磨+大机传统打磨、大机快速打磨+小机打磨+大机传统打磨两种打磨方案均可以有效治理钢轨百米周期性不平顺,同时保证了钢轨廓形打磨质量;大机快速打磨+小机打磨+大机传统打磨方案总体打磨效果更优。In view of the problem of 100-meter periodic irregularity of high speed railway rail,the advantages and disadvantages of existing rail grinding technology were comprehensively analyzed,and the grinding effect,maintenance window time and economy were taken into consideration.A comprehensive treatment strategy was proposed,which is mainly based on large machine high speed grinding and small machine grinding,supplemented by large machine traditional grinding.By adjusting the sequence of small machine grinding and large machine high speed grinding,two grinding schemes were designed,and typical sections were selected for comparative test.The results show that the two grinding schemes including small machine grinding+large machine high speed grinding+large machine traditional grinding and large machine high speed grinding+small machine grinding+large machine traditional grinding can effectively control the rail 100-meter periodic irregularity and ensure the rail profile grinding quality.The overall grinding effect of the large machine high speed grinding+small machine grinding+large machine traditional grinding scheme is better.
