摘 要:中国神华能源股份有限公司哈尔乌素露天煤矿(以下简称“哈尔乌素露天煤矿”)井田范围内存在大量复杂采空区,这给煤矿的安全生产带来极大隐患。根据老窑采空区特点,结合露天煤矿生产工艺及作业流程,哈尔乌素露天煤矿提出了“有疑必探、有空必治、先治后采”采空区治理原则,介绍了哈尔乌素露天煤矿采空区应用综合物探、精准钻探、三维数字扫描、极限安全厚度计算等精准探测方案,并具体阐述了该露天煤矿采取的加强探测密度、提高探测准确度,对采空区进行安全预警,实现钻机自动布孔和车辆导航等治理采空区的安全技术措施。工程应用表明,利用复杂采空区勘探与治理技术可极大限度降低采空区危害,提高残煤回采率,提高生产推进速度,为煤矿提供了有力的安全生产保障。There are a large number of complex goafs within the mine field of Haerwusu Open-pit Coal Mine of China Shenhua Energy Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Haerwusu Open-pit Coal Mine"),which brings great hidden dangers to the safety production of the coal mine.According to the characteristics of the goaf of the old coal mine,in combination with the production and operation process of the Open-pit coal mine,Haerwusu Open-pit Coal Mine has proposed the goaf governance principle of "detecting every anomaly,controlling every goaf,and controlling before mining",introduced the application of comprehensive geophysical prospecting,precision drilling,three-dimensional digital scanning,limit safety thickness calculation and other precision detection schemes in the goaf of Haerwusu Open-pit Coal Mine,and specifically described the adopted safety technical measures for goaf treatment which enhance detection density,improve the detection accuracy,carry out safety early warning,and realize automatic hole arrangement of drilling machines and vehicle navigation.The engineering application shows that the exploration and treatment technology of complex goaf can greatly reduce the hazard of goaf,improve the recovery rate of residual coal,improve the advancing speed of production,and provide a strong guarantee for safe production of coal mines.
