摘　　要：目的:构建数字化放疗管理系统,使放疗过程更精确、数据更完整、流程更简便。方法:整合医院信息系统(HIS)、放疗计划系统(TPS)、放疗网络系统,组建涵盖整个放疗流程的放疗管理系统,包括患者的信息采集功能、放疗流程及质控管理功能、放疗医嘱、预约、缴费功能、排队叫号功能及短信平台功能等。结果:放疗管理系统不仅优化了放疗流程,而且实现了治疗信息的共享,使医生和技术人员能够及时掌握患者的情况,从而更好地为患者服务。结论:放疗管理系统的使用改善了放疗科信息孤岛的现状,实现放疗信息系统接入医院信息化系统,达到国家电子病历系统功能应用水平五级要求,提高了整个放疗流程的工作效率,并实现各环节的数字化。Objective To build a digital radiotherapy management system to make the radiotherapy process more accurate,the data more complete,and the process more simple.Methods The hospital Information system(HIS),radiotherapy planning system(TPS),radiotherapy network system,and other systems were integrated to establish a radiotherapy management system covering the whole radiotherapy process,whose functions include patient information collection function,radiotherapy process and quality control management function,radiotherapy medical orders,appointment and payment function,queuing and calling function,and SMS platform function,etc.Results The radiotherapy management system not only optimized the radiotherapy process,but also realized the sharing of treatment information,enabling doctors and technicians to keep abreast of patients'conditions,so as to better serve the patient.Conclusion The application of the radiotherapy management system solves the current situation of information island of radiotherapy department,realizes the radiotherapy information system access to hospital information system,meets the requirements of national electronic medical record system function application level 5,improves the efficiency of the whole radiotherapy process,and realizes the digitalization of each link.
