摘　　要：目的:建立省域统一的新型冠状病毒感染密切接触者追踪管理系统,提高密切接触者追踪管理的时效性和准确性。方法:根据疫情防控工作需要,分析山东省密切接触者追踪管理工作的现状与需求,提出系统设计的思路、总体框架与主要功能,依据SMART原则,应用PDCA循环和敏捷开发技术进行系统构建。结果:系统完成了对不同来源密接数据的统一管理与共享,实现了对省域内及省际间密接的点对点快速高效追踪和精细化闭环管理,降低了疫情扩散风险。结论:该系统在山东省疾控系统的推广使用,提高了对密接的追踪效率和质量;实现了数据的收集、共享、存储与展示,为疫情防控提供了有力的信息化保障和数据支撑,达到了系统建设的目的。Objective Establish a unified provincial close contacts tracing management system,and to improve the timeliness and accuracy of close contacts tracing management.Methods In response to the needs of COVID-19 prevention and control,the current situation and needs of close contacts tracing management in Shandong Province were analyzed,and the design concept,overall framework and main functions of the system were proposed.According to the principles of SMART,PDCA cycle and agile development technology were applied to systematically construct the system and its application effect was elaborated.Results The system completed the unified management and sharing of the data of close contacts from different sources,realized the rapid and efficient point-to-point tracking and refined closed-loop management of close contacts within and between provinces,and reduced the risk of epidemic spread.Conclusion The promotion and application of the system in the disease control system of Shandong Province has improved the efficiency and quality of tracing the close contacts and realized the collection,sharing,storage,and display of the data,which provided strong support of information and data for COVD-19 prevention and control and achieved the purpose of building the system.
