摘  要:为了向医、护、患提供院前、院中、院后的全周期医疗服务,突破当前医院信息化传统架构所面临的困局,建立医疗服务外联平台以支撑“互联网+医疗”的落地,本研究运用领域驱动设计、微服务架构、冗余部署等理念开发医疗服务外联平台,分领域规划业务服务、综合管理业务服务、梯度管理服务版本、敏捷服务升级,解决院内系统耦合性高、可扩展性差、接口复用率低、服务缺乏灵活调整能力等问题。医疗服务外联平台的建设,可以快速推进医院信息化建设进程,降低医院各类成本。In order to provide pre-hospital,in-hospital,and post-hospital full-cycle medical services to doctors,nurses and patients,and to break through the dilemma faced by the current traditional architecture of hospital IT application,a medical service outreach platform was established to support the implementation of Internet+medical services.In this scudy,the concepts of domain-driven design,micro-service architecture,and redundant deployment was used to develop a medical service outreach platform,which enables by-domain planning of services,integrated management of services,gradient management of service version,and agile service upgrades.The problems of high coupling,poor scalability,low interface reuse rate and lack of flexible adjustment of service can be solved in the hospital systems.The construction of a medical service outreach platform can promote the process of hospital IT application rapidly and reduce all kinds of hospital costs.
