摘 要:利用均匀试验设计,研究烟用材料4个因素卷烟纸透气度、卷烟纸助燃剂用量、滤嘴通风率及滤嘴长度与焦油相关性;在考虑各因素间的交互作用及平方项的基础下,运用逐步回归法建立了利用卷烟材料预测焦油的预测模型。结果表明,烟用材料预测焦油的预测模型预测标准差(RMSEP)为0.78,平均预测相对偏差为7.03%,决定系数为0.857,模型的预测结果与实际值较为一致,并且平均预测相对偏差低于10%,预测模型预测焦油量准确度较高,预测偏差较小。Using uniform experimental design,the correlation between tar and four factors of cigarette materials,such as cigarette paper permeability,cigarette paper combustion-supporting agent dosage,filter ventilation rate and filter length,was studied.On the basis of considering the interaction between various factors and the square term,the prediction model of tar prediction using cigarette materials was established by stepwise regression method.The results showed that:The prediction standard deviation(RMSEP),the average relative deviation(RMSEP)and the determination coefficient(DCI)of tar prediction for tobacco materials were 0.78,7.03%and 0.857,respectively.The prediction results of the model were in good agreement with the actual values,and the average relative deviation was less than 10%.The prediction model had high accuracy and small deviation in predicting coke content.
