摘　　要：为了适应“四个面向”的基本要求,从高等院校教育总体战略发展考虑,进一步明确了今后的奋斗目标和办学理念。从明确办学方针、调整专业结构、制(修)订并完善教学计划,实行科学教学管理和改革教师队伍结构等方面出发,为高等院校教育教学的“四个面向”建设提供实践经验,为新时代推动中国科技事业发展提供基础支撑。In order to meet the basic requirements of the“four orientations”,the future goals and school-running philosophy were further clarified,considering the overall strategic development of high education.Effective practice was explored including the major structure adjusting,teaching plan formulating,scientific teaching management implementing,and the structure of the teaching staff reforming.This would provide practical experience for the construction of the“four orientations”of education,and basic support for promoting the development of China's science and technology in the new era.
