摘　　要：介绍了盐城市建设幸福河湖前期水环境形势严峻、水生态保护待加强、水景观文华待挖掘和水管理能力待提高的问题,建设过程中结合本地实际从改善水环境、提升水生态、打造水景观和强化水管理4个方面入手采取的措施及所取得的成效,对下一阶段工作从治理理念、制度设计、加强技术管理等方面提出建议,旨在更好地将幸福河湖建设工作向纵深推进,并为各地提供借鉴。This paper introduces the problems of severe water environment situation,water ecological protection to be strengthened,water landscape civilization to be excavated and water management ability to be improved in the early stage of happy river and lake construction in Yancheng City.In the process of construction,combined with the local reality,the measures taken from four aspects of improving water environment,enhancing water ecology,building water landscape and strengthening water management and the results achieved.For the next stage of the work,the suggestions are proposed from the governance concept,system design,strengthening technology management and other aspects to further promote the construction of happy river and lake,and to provide reference for local areas.
