高层住区室外活动场地日照环境优化设计

摘  要:日照环境是评判健康社区的重要指标,高层住区室外活动场地良好的日照可有效改善居民生活环境,提高居民户外活动积极性。文章运用实地调研与数值模拟相结合的方法,阐明了住区室外活动人群的构成及其活动规律,分析了住区室外活动场地的日照环境问题,提出了室外活动场地日照环境优化设计策略。结果表明:住区不同人群的室外活动存在共性与差异性,日照达标率>33.3%的区域可满足居民户外活动的日照需求;利用建筑空隙和太阳高度角增加活动场地的日照时间,耦合日照与人群活动规律布置室外活动场地,可提高日照利用率,而利用夏季室外全天日照环境分区模型和全天辐射强度模型进行遮阳识别和遮阳处理,可解决日照过盛问题。Sunshine environment is an important indicator for judging healthy communities.Good sunshine environment in outdoor activity places in high-rise residential areas can effectively improve the living environment of residents and increase their enthusiasm for outdoor activities.Combining field research and numerical simulation,this paper elucidates the composition of the population engaged in outdoor activities and their activity rules in residential areas,analyzes the existing sunshine environment problems of outdoor activity places in residential areas,and proposes a design strategy for optimizing the sunshine environment of outdoor activity places.The results show that there are commonalities and differences in outdoor activities of different groups of people in residential areas,and the areas with the sunshine qualified rate higher than 33.3%can meet the sunshine needs of residents for outdoor activities;the use of building voids and the solar elevation angle increases the sunshine time of the activity places and coupling the sunshine and the activity rules of people to arrange outdoor activity places can improve the utilization rate of sunlight;the use of the summer outdoor all-day sunlight environment partition model and all-day radiation intensity model can be used for shading identification and shading treatment to solve the problem of excessive sunshine.
