摘　　要：碳达峰与碳中和共同组成了我国“3060”战略的“双碳”目标。但“双碳”目标的实现还存在着许多关键性的难点,这亟待现代化的“保险+金融”服务体系构建,以助力我国完成碳达峰与碳中和的重要任务。本文分析了我国“保险+金融”服务体系构建在助力“双碳”目标实现过程中存在的问题,并借鉴国外经验,对应地给出了“保险+金融”服务体系助力“双碳”目标的实现路径。The"double carbon"goal of China's"3060"strategy is composed of carbon peak and carbon neutralization.However,there are still many key difficulties in achieving the goal of"double carbon",which requires the construction of a modern"insurance+finance"service system to help China complete the important tasks of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of China's"insurance+finance"service system in the process of helping to achieve the"double carbon"goal,and uses foreign experience for reference,and accordingly gives the realization path of the"insurance+finance"service system in helping to achieve the"double carbon"goal.
