关于信贷助力粮食生产路径的思考——以松原市为例

摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出,要持续提高黑土地保护和高标准农田建设水平,解决好粮食高产增收的问题。松原市位于广袤肥沃的松嫩平原,优越的自然条件及资源奠定农业经济的主体地位。本文以松原市为例,切实探寻信贷助力粮食生产的有效路径,以及当前存在的难点痛点,并对下一步金融更好助力保障全市粮食生产提出政策建议。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to continuously improve the protection of black land and the construction of high-standard farmland,so as to solve the problem of increasing grain yield and income.Songyuan City is located in the vast fertile Songnen plain,superior natural conditions and resources to lay the agricultural city's position.This paper takes Songyuan City as an example to explore the effective path of credit to help grain production,as well as the current difficulties and pain points,and put forward policy suggestions for the next step to better help ensure the grain production of the city.
