福建高校数字图书馆联盟创新服务研究--基于服务新型智库建设视角  

Research on Innovative Services of Fujian University Digital Library Alliance:Based on the Perspective of Serving the Construction of New-Type Think Tanks

摘　　要：服务新型智库建设是高校图书馆开展创新服务、提升知识服务能力的重要举措之一。通过网络调研法对当前福建新型智库立项建设及相关高校图书馆创新服务进行调研发现,福建省高校图书馆在新型智库建设创新服务实践中尚未见形成服务体系及服务机制。因此,根据新型智库建设需求,应依托福建高校数字图书馆联盟开展新型智库建设创新服务,从组织优势、资源共享优势及技术研发优势等视角入手,增强其主动服务意识、制订服务规划、搭建服务平台等新型智库建设策略及相关保障措施,发挥联盟的联合优势为新型智库建设提供支持服务。Serving the new-type think tanks construction is one of the important measures for university libraries to carry out innovative services and improve knowledge service capabilities.This paper uses the network research method to investigate the current situation of the new-type think tanks construction and the general situation of innovative services of university libraries in Fujian,the results show that an obvious service system and service mechanism have not been formed for Fujian Province university libraries on the innovative service practice of supporting the new-type think tanks construction.Based on the needs of the new-type think tanks construction,this article proposed that Fujian University Digital Library Alliance should carry out innovative services to serve the new-type think tanks construction by alliance′s advantages such as the organizationa advantages,resource sharing advantages and technology advantages and so on,The article further put forward some strategies and related safeguard measures for the alliance to serve the construction of the new-type think tanks from the perspectives of service attitude,service planning,and knowledge services platform,etc.,these measures attributed to the alliance exerting joint advantages to provide supporting services for the new-type think tanks construction.
