摘  要:某船用大功率发电柴油机开发过程中,为优化负荷特性低功率段烟度高现象,针对进气压力、喷油提前角和轨压进行单缸机试验验证,结果表明,即便是降低进气压力,通过提高喷油提前角和轨压也能够实现目标烟度优化。故发动机开发匹配增压器时,可以降低低功率段的进气压力和进气量需求,使多缸机增压器匹配更灵活,为更高功率段提供更大余量,提高整机增压器匹配效果和发动机性能。A certain ship used a high-power diesel engine for power generation.In order to optimize the high smoke emission in the low-power stage of the load characteristic,single-cylinder engine tests were carried out to verify the intake pressure,fuel injection advance angle and rail pressure.The results showed that even if the intake pressure was reduced,the target smoke optimization could be achieved by increasing the fuel injection advance angle and rail pressure.Therefore,when developing an engine matching supercharger,the intake pressure and intake air volume demand of the low-power stage can be reduced to make the matching of multi-cylinder superchargers more flexible,provide greater margin for higher power stages,and improve the matching effect of the whole machine supercharger and engine performance.
