摘 要:针对某大缸径柴油机增压器系统增加辅助支架后振动增大问题,进行增压器系统振动及模态试验,试验结果表明:无支架增压器系统模态频率低,共振工况处于发动机低速低负荷区,此工况发动机激励小,振动响应幅值小;增压器系统安装辅助支架后模态频率上移,导致共振工况落在发动机高速高负荷区,此工况发动机激励大,振动响应幅值增大。针对此现象,建议大缸径发动机零部件前4阶模态不要落在中高转速转速区域或者常用工况区主点火阶次。本文研究成果可为大质量零部件振动控制工作提供参考。Aiming at the vibration problem of the supercharger system of a large cylinder diameter diesel engine,the vibration and modal test of the supercharger system was carried out.The test results show that the modal frequency of the turbocharger system without support is low,the resonance condition is in the low speed and low load zone of the engine,and the engine excitation and vibration response amplitude are small under this condition.After the auxiliary support is installed in the supercharger system,the modal frequency shifts up,resulting in the resonance condition falling in the high-speed and high-load area of the engine.In this condition,the engine excitation is large and the vibration response amplitude increases.In view of this phenomenon,it is suggested that the first 4 modes of large cylinder diameter engine parts should not fall in the middle and high speed region or the main ignition order in the common working condition region.The research results of this paper can provide reference for vibration control of mass parts.
