摘  要:针对某高速发动机出现的曲轴连杆瓦和止推环的损坏故障,通过整机拆检,建立了以曲轴连杆瓦损坏为顶事件的故障树,并对故障树底事件进行逐层分析,最终锁定曲轴连杆瓦损坏为首发故障,由连杆瓦盖安装异常导致,止推环损坏为次生故障。同时使用有限元分析对故障原因进行了复现。In view of the damage fault of the crankshaft connecting rod bearing and thrust ring of a high-speed engine,a fault tree with the damage of the crankshaft connecting rod bearing as the top event is established through the disassembly and inspection of the whole machine,and the event at the bottom of the fault tree is analyzed layer by layer.Finally,the damage of the crankshaft connecting rod bearing is locked as the first fault,and the damage of the thrust ring is secondary due to the abnormal installation of the connecting rod bearing cap.At the same time,the cause of the fault is reproduced using finite element analysis.
