摘 要:针对某船用主机活塞连杆组件故障,通过对故障现象的分析以及返厂故障件的初步勘验,初步确定了可能导致故障发生的首断件。结合首断件送检结论,从首断件故障的可能因素着手进行排查与分析。排查结果表明:由于B5缸靠近连杆大端连杆螺栓多源疲劳断裂,导致了B5缸连杆变形、B5缸活塞碎裂、B5缸缸套碎裂等活塞连杆组件故障;A5缸活塞连杆组件故障是关联故障。B5缸连杆螺栓多源疲劳断裂的原因是拧紧力矩过大,导致连杆螺栓异常受力。柴油机在运行过程中,受到交变载荷应力的作用,产生多源疲劳,最终导致断裂。The paper focuses on the failure of the piston connecting rod components of a certain ship's main engine.Through the analysis of the failure phenomenon and the preliminary examination of the returned faulty parts,the possible first broken part that may cause the failure is initially determined.Based on the inspection conclusion of the first broken part,this paper starts with the possible factors of the failure of the first broken part and carries out investigation and analysis.The investigation results show that the multi-source fatigue fracture of the connecting rod bolt near the big end of the B5 cylinder leads to the failure of the piston connecting rod components,such as the deformation of the B5 cylinder connecting rod,the fracture of the B5 cylinder piston,and the fracture of the B5 cylinder liner,etc.The failure of the A5 cylinder piston connecting rod components is a related failure.The reason for the multi-source fatigue fracture of the connecting rod bolt in the B5 cylinder is that the tightening torque is too large,resulting in the abnormal stress of the connecting rod bolt.During the operation of the diesel engine,under the action of alternating load stress,multi-source fatigue occurs and eventually causes fracture.
