摘 要:中国数字金融发展迅速,为区域人力资本承载力的提升创造了无限可能。文章基于2011—2020年中国省级面板数据,先对各省(自治区、直辖市)的人力资本承载力进行测算,随后运用固定效应模型、分位数模型和空间杜宾模型等对数字金融影响区域人力资本承载力的机理进行实证检验。结果表明:数字金融的发展有助于本地区人力资本承载力的提升,而对邻近地区人力资本承载力的提升没有表现出显著影响,即存在一定的数字隔离;随着人力资本承载力分位点的递增,数字金融对人力资本承载力的提升作用逐渐减弱。The rapid development of digital finance in China has created unlimited possibilities for the enhancement of regional human capital carrying capacity.Based on Chinese provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,the article first measures the human capital carrying capacity of each province(autonomous region and municipality directly under the central government),and then empirically tests the mechanism of digital finance influencing regional human capital carrying capacity using fixed-effects model,quantile model and spatial Durbin model.The results show that:the development of digital finance contributes to the enhancement of human capital carrying capacity in the region,while it does not show a significant effect on the enhancement of human capital carrying capacity in neighboring regions,i.e.,there is a certain digital segregation;as the human capital carrying capacity quantile increases,the effect of digital finance on the enhancement of human capital carrying capacity gradually decreases.
