数字普惠金融发展能促进我国区域创新吗?

摘　　要：数字普惠金融的发展不断推动着金融供给侧结构性改革,成为助力区域协同创新与高质量发展的重要动力。运用北京大学数字普惠金融指数与地区专利申请数据,就数字普惠金融对我国区域创新的影响进行实证分析,结果表明数字普惠金融发展对区域创新水平具有正向的促进作用。同时,对覆盖广度、使用深度、数字化程度等分维度及东、中、西部分区域样本的探究发现,不同维度的数字普惠金融指数对区域创新的作用存在差异,数字普惠金融对东、中、西部创新的驱动作用也存在异质性。机制检验发现,数字普惠金融的发展会显著提升区域数字经济发展水平,进而助力区域创新水平提升。The development of digital inclusive finance continues to promote the structural reform of the financial supply side and becomes an important driving force to help regional collaborative innovation and high-quality development.Using Peking University's Digital Inclusive Finance Index and regional patent application data,an empirical analysis is conducted on the impact of digital inclusive finance on regional innovation in China,and the results show that the development of digital inclusive finance has a positive contribution to the level of regional innovation.Meanwhile,the exploration of the sub-dimensions of breadth of coverage,depth of use,degree of digitization and some regional samples from the east,central and west of China found that there are differences in the role of digital inclusion indices on regional innovation in different dimensions and heterogeneity in the driving role of digital inclusion on innovation in the east,central and west of China.The mechanism test finds that the development of digital inclusive finance significantly enhances the level of regional digital economy development,which in turn helps to improve the level of regional innovation.
