摘　　要：中兽药学研究已在我国传承5000年,形成独特的中兽医药理论体系,拥有扎实的基础与大量的临床应用实践,不仅具有无残留、不易产生耐药性、毒副作用小、兼有营养和药用等优点,而且具有作用范围广、整体性和有效成分多等特点。如何将有效成分提取出来是行业关注的问题之一。近年发展的现代提取分离技术如酶法提取、益生性产酶菌发酵降解中药等绿色环保提取工艺为提取、分离有效成分提供新途径。几千年来,中药方剂在保障我国畜牧业发展方面发挥重要作用,一直沿用至今,尤其在国家饲料端禁抗政策出台后,中草药在兽医临床的应用前景更加广阔。生化汤具有活血化瘀,温经止痛之功效。笔者查阅大量文献与典籍对生化汤处方药材进行详细阐述,为传统生化汤经典方剂的改良开发提供思路。The research on traditional Chinese herb has been passed down in China for 5000 years,forming a unique theoretical system of traditional Chinese herb,with a solid foundation and a large number of clinical application practices.It not only has the advantages of no residue,no susceptibility to drug resistance,small toxic and side effects,and has both nutritional and medicinal properties,but also has the characteristics of wide range of action,integrity,and multiple effective components.How to extract effective ingredients is one of the issues that the industry is concerned about.In recent years,modern extraction and separation technologies,such as enzymatic extraction,fermentation and degradation of traditional Chinese herb by probiotic enzyme producing bacteria,and other green and environmentally friendly extraction processes have provided a new way to extract and isolate effective ingredients.For thousands of years,traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions have played an important role in ensuring the development of animal husbandry in China,and have been used until now.Especially after the introduction of the national feed end antibiotic prohibition policy,the application prospect of traditional Chinese herb in veterinary clinical practice has become even broader.Biochemical decoction has the effects of promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,warming meridians and relieving pain.The author reviewed a large number of documents and classics to elaborate the prescription medicinal materials of biochemical decoction,providing ideas for the improvement and development of traditional classic prescriptions of biochemical decoction.
